Hall's has an absolute Quality Assurance commitment. Through state of the art plant and equipment, dedicated well trained staff, innovative and carefully developed best practice process and in partnership with our customers, we deliver to our customers a logistics and transport quality service that safely uplifts, stores and delivers product in compliance with customers expectations, conditions, time frames and specified temperatures.
Hall's ISO 9000 based Quality System (HQS) is made up of the Hall's Quality Policy Manual and Procedures Manuals for the Quality, Management, Operations, Drivers, Coldstore, Vehicle Maintenance, ACC Partnership Programme and Health and Safety disciplines, together with the following Certificatons:
- New Zealand Food Safety Authority Risk Management Programmes and Approved VDF's
- OSH - ACC Partnership Programme Certification - Hall's operates an employee agreed Health and Safety System. This system requires the election of Health and Safety Representatives, the identification and review of health and safety matters and the regular holding of Staff Health and Safety Improvement meetings. Hall's is an accredited member of the ACC Partnership Programme. The objects of the ACC Partnership Programme are to promote injury prevention, workplace rehabilitation and to reduce work related personal injury claim costs and premium giving employers a direct financial interest in maintaining their standards of workplace safety, and integrating injured employees back into the workforce. The ACC Partnership Programme provides for Hall's to be compliant with a wide range of health and safety requirements on a nationwide basis. ACC have developed comprehensive audit checkpoint items and a rigorous external audit is carried out annually by an ACC certified auditor.

- Independent external audits by major clients on Hall's operational activities.
Hall's monitors its compliance and continuous improvements performance by carrying out a wide range of KPI programmes.

You'll naturally want to achieve efficiencies by maximising your loads. So we offer 'double-stacking' equipment that meets the rigorous EU food hygiene guideline 93/43/EEC as well as other extremely high European hygiene regulations. With Hall's, you have the security and peace of mind that you're working with a fully licensed operator.
Further, Hall's vehicles are equipped with Cooltrax GPS hi-tech surveillance and security systems throughout, allowing 24 hour monitoring and recall.
