CUSTOMER PALLET MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT

Hall’s Group (“Hall’s”) accepts the transfer of pallets onto our Pallet account pursuant to the following conditions:

1. Customers are advised to have an active Pallet account and provide Hall’s with the Pallet account number. Customers transferring direct to the receivers account will incur NO pallet levy fees.

2. All transfers of pallets onto a Hall’s Pallet account will incur a $0.30 per pallet administrative fee.

3. All transfers of pallets onto a Hall’s Pallet account will incur 3 hire delay days per pallet.

4. Customers requiring a 1-4-1 pallet swap service on delivery or pickup will incur a $2.55 per pallet fee.

5. In the event that the 1-4-1 swap does not occur at the time of delivery, Hall’s reserves the right to reverse the transfer back to the originating customers account, charge $0.15 cents per day per pallet from date of dispatch until that pallet has been recovered and de-hired back to CHEP and charge for the cost of any lost pallets if they cannot be retrieve.

6. If Hall’s provides a delivery of empty pallets to a customer a standard delivery charge will be charged for that delivery.

7. Transfers onto a Hall’s Pallet account will only be accepted according to the information as supplied on the consignment note. All transfers must clearly specify: a. consignment note number and clearly identify the number of pallets per consignment note.

8. Transfers onto the Hall’s Pallet account must be made within 10 calendar days of next pallet invoice. Hall’s will not accept any transfers/pallet hire charges submitted after 10 calendar days from next pallet invoice.

9. The customer has 21 days from dispatch date to correct any transfers executed by Hall’s that it considers incorrect.

10. The customer is required to be the credit receiver for all deliveries into Progressive and Foodstuffs Distribution Centres, the customer will incur all transfer fees charged by them to their account.

11. Hall’s reserves the right to reverse transfers back to the customer’s account, the customers designated agent, or the customers delivery point should the customer not meet the conditions as stated above.
